4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to training content, templates, systems, methodologies, recordings, documents, and communications, are proprietary and confidential.

Client agrees:

  • Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or disclose Program materials
  • Not to record coaching sessions without express written permission
  • To use Program materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Company.
Client agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Client’s access to the Program without refund if Client:

  • Engages in disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
  • Repeatedly fails to participate after written notice
  • Interferes with the experience of other clients or staff

Prior to termination, Company may provide written notice and an opportunity to correct the behavior, but is not required to do so in cases of severe misconduct.

3. Behavioral Standards & Termination

Client agrees to actively participate in the Program and acknowledges that success depends substantially on Client’s effort and engagement.

Client responsibilities include:

  • Attending scheduled coaching sessions or providing reasonable advance notice if unable to attend
  • Completing assigned tasks, deliverables, and exercises in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for services
  • Maintaining respectful, professional conduct in all group and individual settings

Failure to meaningfully engage may limit results and impact eligibility for guarantees.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Career Mastery Program provides career coaching, job search strategy, training, and done-for-you job search support for professionals seeking career advancement.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Group and individual coaching sessions
  • Career strategy development
  • Resume, LinkedIn, and job search asset creation
  • Job search operations support
  • Access to digital training resources and community platforms

Specific deliverables, timelines, service limits, and access levels vary by package and are not guaranteed to produce any specific employment outcome.

These Master Client Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Paul Bickford Solutions LLC (“Company”) to any client (“Client”) enrolled in the Career Mastery Program. These Terms are incorporated by reference into the Client Services Agreement executed by Client.

CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

During the term of Client’s enrollment and for twenty-four (24) months thereafter, Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, hire, or engage any employee, contractor, coach, or client of the Company without prior written consent.

5. Non-Solicitation

Certain packages, may include a conditional 180-Day Job Satisfaction / Placement Guarantee.

To qualify, Client must fully comply with all Program requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Attending required coaching sessions
  • Timely submission of assigned deliverables
  • Substantive implementation of coaching recommendations
  • Submission of weekly updates and feedback
  • Maintaining open communication with assigned coaches
  • Demonstrating good-faith flexibility regarding job targets based on market feedback

If Client has not received a qualifying job offer within ninety (90) days after completing required deliverables, Client may submit a written request for a refund or continued support, as specified in the applicable Agreement.

Written requests must be submitted within three (3) days following the conclusion of the 90-day period. If no request is received, services automatically convert to the “Work With You Until You Land” support model at no additional coaching cost.

Declining a qualifying job offer that meets the agreed-upon criteria may be deemed fulfillment of the guarantee.

6. 180-Day Job Satisfaction / Placement Guarantee

Client acknowledges that testimonials, case studies, and examples shared by Company reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Outcomes vary based on background, effort, market conditions, and participation.

7. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Company does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes and is encouraged to consult appropriate professionals as needed.

8. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

All disputes arising out of or relating to the Program, these Terms, or Client’s relationship with Company shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Phoenix, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Client waives any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Governing Law

Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in effect on Client’s Agreement Effective Date governs Client’s enrollment unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

11. Updates & Versioning

No Retroactive Application
Guarantees, warranties, refunds, credits, or other benefits introduced or modified after a Client’s Agreement Effective Date do not apply retroactively to that Client unless expressly granted in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

12. No Retroactive Application

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Severability

These Terms, together with the executed Client Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Client and Company regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
